We offer the highest quality of care for those who need a little extra help in their lives.
We live here. We work here. We invest our time and talents in our community. We are not an out-of-town corporation.
I especially like the independent living cottages at Oak Wood Place. There are plenty of rooms and they have nice-sized kitchens. Their food is very good. The staff is terrific, they treated us how we would want to be treated. Cleanliness is excellent too. The location where the community is at is very close to the city of Athens. It has access to transportation if you need it.
I wanted to let whoever is doing the hiring at Oak Wood Place that they are doing a fine job finding wonderful people. I believe you give better care to the residents, over the corporate run places in town.
I just wanted to express my appreciation and admiration for the Daniels family and Oak Wood Place. The Daniels family are local and so hands on. I cannot express how pleased we have been all these years and continue to be.
I only hear amazing things about Oakwood and after having seen their Facebook page, I know that they truly go above and beyond to make sure every person that they're accountable for is comfortable, happy and taken care of. They have a lot of fun activities and help so many people. Big hearts, great staff!
I just wanted to send a note, to say thank you for taking care of all those who live at Oak Wood Place. My dad, James Parker called his home Oak Wood Place, and every resident is being well taken care of, and we are grateful for all you do.
